friendly staff great food comfortable bed
i appreciate the helpful friendly staff who assisted with our requests during the day. the food served in the restaurant was great, especially the dishes i tried. i found many local shops to be within walking distance, VERY convenient. i also enjoyed the comfortable bed after a long day of exploring.
the rooms felt a little DARK, maybe some brighter lighting options could improve it.

relentless traffic dim lighting
the noise really got to me at night. the traffic outside was relentless, and it made it nearly impossible to sleep. also, the lighting in the room was too dim. i struggled to see properly in the evenings.

central location historic charm excellent service garden view
i greatly appreciated the hotel's central location, perfect for exploring local temples. complimentary water guns and waterproof phone cases were a considerate touch during the songkran festival. the hotel's unique decor and historic charm enhanced the overall experience. staff promptly assisted with umbrellas and taxi arrangements, demonstrating excellent service. the garden view was lovely.
the room lighting was somewhat dim, making it a little difficult to see clearly at times.
